I have always been drawn to helping people better understand themselves as they evolve through life. I have many years experience working with children and teens in educational and athletic settings.

My goal is to help you feel more capable, confident, and supported in being yourself while you navigate life’s unique challenges.

Approach

I use client centred therapy, my approach is grounded in Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I can support you in dealing with anxiety, depression, academic and sports related pressures.
